5 days a week, 5-day cycle, Outrep Pro

5-day body part

Chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms: one muscle a day, five days a week.

Each day belongs to one body part, opened by its heaviest lift on 6-10 double progression and filled out with four accessories on 8-12. Every muscle gets a full week to recover; the engine's deload catches a day that falls short twice in a row.
